The wedding cake below features individual layers of icing assembled to create an eye catching striped effect. The figurines are hand made, and personalised for the bride and groom (and the cute puppy!). The base tier is chocolate mud, middle tier is white mud, and the top is rich fruit cake.

Eve Giudici, formerly of The Cake Decorating Shop, has re-opened in her council approved kitchen in Hobart.

Eve places a very strong emphasis on making your cake the best possible quality, and as such bakes and decorates everything totally from scratch.

Once you have experienced one of Eve's creations, it will be very difficult to accept second best!

Eve is available for appointments, where you can discuss a cake design to suit your individual needs. Please remember that it is never too early to plan your cake - some dates can be fully booked well in advance. Book early to avoid disappointment.
